Rental Policy

Track I

Clients who have a course(s) listed in the "Schedule of Classes" directory and are not charged for equipment usage.

Track II

Clients officially associated with The University of Arizona: departments, administration, officially recognized clubs, ASUA.

Track III

Clients not officially associated with The University of Arizona who are using UA facilities or clients officially associated with The University of Arizona and are charging for attendance to a conference or meeting for which Equipment Services is providing support.

Accessories

A/C extension cords, carousel slide projector remote extension cords, power strips etc., shall accompany the equipment at no charge. These items are not available for individual orders, unless approved by a supervisor.

Off Campus Deliveries

The charge for equipment setup and pickup to locations off campus, within the city of Tucson, is $65.00 per day.

Late Charges

Are assessed by adding additional rental days. Total shall not exceed full replacement cost of equipment.

Tech Time

Any additional time beyond delivery, set up and breakdown can accrue extra charges for technician time.

*NOTE: Orders placed after our regular service hours will incur additional charges for equipment and support.
